The role of a Production - Plant Operator is integral to the efficient and safe operation of a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance protocols in a plant setting.
• Ability to operate and understand complex machinery and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and coordination.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
