Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in presales or a similar role in the technology sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex information clearly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales support tools to streamline operations.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset for business growth.
