Job Description

As an Operation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations within our organization. You will be responsible for supporting various departments and assisting with administrative tasks that contribute to the efficient workflow of operations. Your role will involve coordinating with team members, managing resources, and maintaining records to enhance productivity and performance. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that all operational activities align with company objectives and meet deadlines. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare regular reports and presentations.
  • Support the Operations Manager in monitoring and enhancing productivity levels.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar management for operational tasks and meetings.
  • Oversee inventory management and place orders for necessary supplies timely.
  • Implement procedural improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Help to resolve any operational issues that arise, providing timely solutions.
  • Provide logistical support for organizational events and activities.
  • Track and report on operational metrics to contribute to goal achievement.
  • Foster a positive and proactive work culture by collaborating with team members.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, guidelines, and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an operations or administrative support role required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations.
