Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar instructional role in hardware and networking.
• Strong knowledge of various networking protocols and hardware components.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design software.
• Ability to adapt training methods based on audience learning needs.
