Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in enhancing an organization's human resources function. You will handle a variety of HR tasks, ranging from recruitment and employee relations to policy implementation and employee performance management. Your goal will be to ensure the HR department supports employees while aligning with business objectives. Working closely with HR managers and other leaders, you will contribute to creating a motivated, productive, and happy workforce. Your ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality will be key. You will join a team that values collaboration, efficiency, and positive workplace culture, allowing you to further develop your skills in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR procedures.
  • Resolve employee issues and disputes with a fair and objective approach.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of employee benefits programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
  • Support company diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and activities.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least three years of experience working in an HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices applicable globally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution and improvement.
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
