Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials to support marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design layouts, templates, and prototypes to streamline and elevate visual communication.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all design elements across various platforms and media.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts and creative ideas.
• Work with clients to understand their design needs and deliver designs that meet expectations.
• Edit and modify existing graphics based on feedback and project requirements.
• Create logos, illustrations, infographics, and other visuals to enhance the brand image.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Prepare artwork files for printing and oversee the production process to ensure accuracy.
• Provide design support and guidance to junior designers and interns as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of both digital and print design techniques and production processes.
