Job Description

An F&B Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of food and beverage services within an establishment. This individual acts as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff, ensuring that both parties are synchronized in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The F&B Coordinator assists in planning and executing all food and beverage events, overseeing inventory and supply chain management, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role requires impeccable organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring efficiency.

  • Maintain inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and relevant regulations consistently.
  • Collaborate with chefs and managers to create new and exciting menu items.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related complaints professionally.
  • Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and ambiance to enhance guest experiences.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to achieve cost-effective operations and profitability.
  • Analyze performance data for continuous improvement of service delivery models.
  • Train and support staff in delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure clarity of roles and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage operations management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and guest interaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Proficiency in using management software and tools to streamline operations.
