Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate client reports on a regular schedule.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather and verify essential reporting data.
  • Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of reports to all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting processes.
  • Participate in the improvement and automation of reporting workflows.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to reporting.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for client accounts.
  • Assist in the development of reporting templates and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with IT to resolve data integration and reporting issues.
  • Provide training and support to users on reporting tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business support or reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients.
  • Experience with reporting software and customer relationship management systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
