Responsibilities

• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum principles to improve processes and teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role within Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies is essential.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
• Exceptional facilitation, organizational, and communication skills to guide teams effectively.
