A Tele Calling Executive plays a vital role in any organization by serving as the bridge between the company and its customers. Responsibilities

  • Initiate telephonic conversations with prospective clients to generate leads and sales.
  • Follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships and improve satisfaction rates.
  • Collect and document customer feedback regarding products or services for improvement.
  • Maintain an updated database of contacts and call logs for tracking purposes.
  • Answer queries and provide information or solutions to customer concerns over the phone.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets and objectives set by the management team.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of calls within specified timelines.
  • Adapt to various personality types effectively to ensure positive customer interactions.
  • Report feedback and trends for strategic business adjustments and improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for diverse interactions.
  • Ability to handle objections with a positive and constructive approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other telephonic systems efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
