Responsibilities

  • Handle the billing process, manage cash registers, and ensure accurate transactions.

  • Manage inventory levels and report any discrepancies or restocking needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for new inventory and special orders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of jewellery products and the luxury market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently in a retail setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to issues.
  • Proficient in using point of sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
