Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret business requirements from key stakeholders and translate into technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within IT environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience with data analysis and modeling techniques, including the use of analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing workload as needed.
• Practical experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum preferred.
• Knowledge of business process improvement and system analysis techniques is advantageous.
