Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet industry standards and exceed our clients' expectations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and processes. Your role will involve leading a team of quality assurance professionals to conduct rigorous testing and inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will advocate for quality and provide guidance on corrective actions and integrity of final products. Your expertise will be critical in enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction and ensuring that the company's operations are compliant with relevant quality standards and regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and systems.
  • Supervise a team of quality assurance professionals to meet project goals.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate quality requirements.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on quality performance to senior management.
  • Ensure all quality assurance protocols align with industry regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance product quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation related to quality assurance processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven experience with quality management systems and standards like ISO.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quality assurance software tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder interaction.
