Job Description

The role of a CRM Executive is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the relationship between a company and its customers. This position involves the strategic management of customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and foster loyalty, ultimately leading to business growth. As a CRM Executive, you will analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the aim of improving commercial performance and customer retention. You will play a key role in developing and implementing CRM strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of the market and the business. This will include working closely with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also leverage CRM software and tools to track customer interactions and sales, identify trends, and deliver insights that inform business strategies and decision-making processes.


Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a CRM role within a dynamic business environment.
