Job Description

We are seeking an Executive - Quality Analyst with experience to drive quality across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be proficient in test automation, API testing, and QA tools, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience with SQL, Git, and Agile practices is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Planning & Strategy : Define and implement QA plans and test strategies aligned with product and service objectives.
• Automation & Efficiency : Lead automation efforts to improve test coverage, speed, and overall quality assurance processes.
• Defect Management : Identify, track, and resolve defects through close collaboration with development teams.
• Testing & Validation : Conduct thorough performance, regression, and functional testing to ensure product reliability.
• Process Improvement & Reporting : Continuously enhance QA tools and workflows, ensuring compliance and delivering clear quality reports to stakeholders.
  
  

• 1 - 3 years of QA experience with strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in automation tools, API testing, Jira, Postman/Swagger, and CRMs.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Git for testing and version control support.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• B.Tech from Tier1/Tier2
