Job Title: Team Lead - Customer Service

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our Customer Service department. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in customer communications and a proven track record of leading a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Ensure that team members are trained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • 5-6 years of experience in customer communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
