About The Role

Job Title: Associate -Inside Sales

Location: Ahmedabad or Gurgaon

shift Timing- WFO 5pm to 2am or 8pm to 5am (No cab facilities provided)

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to new prospects through calls, emails, and digital platforms to promote signage, printing, and promotional solutions.
  • Understand client requirements for signage (indoor/outdoor), printing, and customized branding materials.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations based on client needs.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into orders.
  • Manage order processing in coordination with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records, sales pipeline, and order status in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative solutions to pitch to clients.
  • Support existing accounts by suggesting upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve products, services, and client experience.

Key Skills Required

  • Key Account Management.
  • Proficient in managing (CRM).
  • Quotation & Proposal Drafting.
  • Objection Handling & Negotiation.
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, or B2B sales.
