We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Associate (App Marketing) with 2+ years of experience to drive our mobile app’s growth, user acquisition, and engagement strategies. You’ll work closely with marketing teams to shape intuitive, delightful, and data-informed mobile experiences that impact millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase app downloads, user engagement, and retention.
Optimise App Store (ASO) and Google Play Store (SEO) strategies for higher visibility and rankings.
Manage paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and other ad networks.
Track and analyse app performance metrics, user behaviour, and conversion rates to improve marketing efforts.
Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create compelling marketing assets.
Execute influencer and social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in app marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of ASO, performance marketing, and user acquisition strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
Familiarity with mobile analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Web to App, Programmatic, or any other acquisition channel is a plus.
Coordinating with design team to create compelling ad assets, images and videos
Coordinating with Product team to monitor Post Install Metrics
Basic understanding of tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, MMP etc
Retention and Engagement experience is a plus
