Role- Business Development Executive

Shift- Night shift (5pm -2am)

Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the voice of Group Bayport. Your day-to-day will revolve around connecting with people, sharing what we do, and turning conversations into opportunities.

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our products and solutions.
  • Create great first impressions and build strong relationships with prospects.
  • Understand client needs and explain how we can help them grow.
  • Keep track of all conversations and leads in our systems (we’ll train you on the tools).
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to hit targets and celebrate wins.
  • Bring energy, positivity, and persistence—even when you hear a “no.”

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who enjoys talking to people and can build rapport quickly.
  • Good communication skills (English)
  • A go-getter attitude—you love targets and the thrill of achieving them.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools—we’ll train you!).
  • Graduate in any field (we care more about your attitude and drive).
