As a senior leader within our Global Learning Team, the Delivery Lead - Learning, Development & Transformation will shape and execute our global learning strategy, ensuring that our learning ecosystems are innovative, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving organizational agility, cultivating a learning culture, and integrating emerging technologies to enhance employee growth.

What You’ll Be DOING

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Development: Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of global L&D coordinators. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment, set strategic objectives, and foster a culture aligned with organizational learning priorities. Lead with a focus on professional growth, accountability, and delivery excellence.
  • End-to-End Learning Program Strategy & Execution: Lead the strategic planning and operational coordination of global learning initiatives. Oversee the seamless delivery of instructor-led sessions, virtual classrooms, e-learning modules, and webinars, ensuring the use of advanced digital tools and platforms. Drive the setup of training sessions within LMS, manage registration processes, and coordinate all logistical elements to optimize the learner experience.
  • Learning Ecosystem & Content Strategy: Oversee the management of digital learning content, including LMS and emerging Learning Experience Platforms (LXP). Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to embed innovative, personalized, and data-driven learning approaches that foster engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Technology & Digital Transformation: Champion the adoption and integration of cutting-edge learning technologies, including AI, automation, chatbots, and other emerging tools. Lead initiatives to modernize learning ecosystems, enhance learner engagement, and streamline administrative processes through digital transformation.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Strategic Reporting: Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of learning data, providing strategic insights through dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI. Use data to measure success, inform continuous improvement, and advise stakeholders on learning impact and organizational readiness.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to business units and senior leadership, aligning learning initiatives with broader organizational goals. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and foster a consulting approach to identify learning needs, support cultural transformation, and embed a growth mindset across the organization.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, adopt advanced technologies, and embed AI-driven solutions to enhance learning effectiveness and operational efficiency. Lead change management initiatives that position learning as a core element of organizational agility and cultural evolution.
  • Partnership & Vendor Management: Develop strategic relationships with external vendors, consultants, and partners. Oversee contract negotiations, ensure quality standards, and manage logistics to deliver impactful learning solutions aligned with organizational standards.
  • Organizational Culture & Change Leadership: Support organizational change initiatives by embedding learning as a key enabler of cultural transformation. Promote programs that reinforce core values, agility, and innovation, fostering a resilient and adaptable workforce.

  • Proven experience in strategic learning & development leadership, with a robust background in operations, ideally within a global environment.
  • Extensive experience with learning tools and systems, including LMS, LXP, and other digital learning platforms.
  • Outstanding proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI, for analytics and strategic insights.
  • Expertise in leveraging emerging technologies like AI, automation, and chatbots to innovate learning delivery and administrative processes.
