Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of progressive financial experience, with a clear track record of operating in both high-growth startup environments and structured corporate settings.
  • Credentials: Chartered Accountant is mandatory, with a strong preference for top-of-batch/rank holders. An MBA in Finance from a premier institution is highly desired.
  • Fundraising Experience: Demonstrable, hands-on experience leading or playing a critical role in equity and/or debt fundraising cycles.
  • Full-Stack Ownership: Proven experience managing the enEre finance spectrum-from controllership and compliance to strategic FP&A and investor relations.
  • Tech & Data Fluency: Hands-on experience implementing or managing ERP and BI systems. You must be comfortable turning raw data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Sector Exposure: Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or other recurring revenue businesses is a significant advantage.

Closed & MIS Discipline: Achieved a consistent month-end close of <5 business days, delivering a board-ready MIS pack with clear driver trees and cohort economics.
  • Forecast Accuracy: Established a forecasting process where quarterly variance is within agreed-upon guardrails, with a visible linkage from operational metrics to financial outcomes.
  • Cash Excellence: Materially improved the working capital cycle and implemented robust treasury management and collections/vendor payment hygiene.
  • Systemization: Hardened the ERP/BI stack, automated key reconciliations, and standardized financial controls across the organization.
  • Investor Confidence: Established a predictable, high-quality cadence for investor reporting and communication, ensuring the company is perpetually diligence-ready.
  • Team Founda,on: Strengthened the core finance team, with a clear organizational design, defined roles, and individual development plans in place.
