Job Description

We are looking for a confident, driven, and service-oriented Business Development Manager who can identify, acquire, and service High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship-building background and a deep understanding of the lifestyle, expectations, and financial needs of HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire HNI clients through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

Build deep and lasting relationships by understanding the client’s life goals and aligning appropriate financial solutions.

Present tailored investment strategies involving mutual funds, equities, bonds, and other personal finance instruments.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and periodic portfolio reviews.

Stay informed on financial market trends, products, and competitor offerings.

Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term trust with a consultative and empathetic approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

3–7 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, luxury sales, hospitality, or high-end services where client trust and discretion are critical.

Exposure to HNI clients is a must—could be from:

Wealth management firms, private banks, boutique advisory firms

Premium real estate or luxury automobile sales

High-end wellness/spa/salon services catering to elite clientele

Golf clubs, premium clubs, or luxury holiday memberships (e.g., Club Mahindra, RCI, etc.)

Art galleries, bespoke fashion, private concierge services

Skills & Traits

Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

High emotional intelligence and discretion in client handling

A natural networker with strong local contacts and social presence

Entrepreneurial mindset with Strong follow-through and commitment to client satisfaction

Education

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

Certifications like NISM Mutual Fund/Investment Advisor (or willingness to pursue)
