About This Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, setting up client meetings, and building long-term relationships with new and existing clients. As a key player in the business development team, you will work collaboratively to achieve company goals and enhance client satisfaction.

What are you going to do?

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their staffing needs and address any concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
  • Meeting & Presentation:
  • Set up client meetings to present staffing solutions and understand client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing our staffing services.
  • Negotiate terms, agreements, and pricing to close deals effectively.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Share client insights and feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to optimize business development strategies.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client expectations.
  • Provide insights to the management team to refine business development strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and suggest innovative approaches to maximize revenue.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, meetings, and business outcomes.

You Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
