AGRIM is a fast-growing Agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-input marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India, with 10% of the overall customer universe already onboarded on the platform.

Having closed our Series B round of funding (to be announced publicly in the coming weeks) with Tier-1 investors, we are very well capitalized. Our Founders are IIT/ IIM graduates and ex-entrepreneurs (with successful exits) and we have also built one of the best start-up teams, with senior executives from Tier-1 education institutes, e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Hopscotch, Policy Bazaar, etc. and experienced industry professionals from the agriculture sector.

KEY ROLE AREAS

  • Oversee daily first and last-mile delivery operations across assigned centers/hubs.
  • Monitor and improve delivery performance KPIs – TAT, RTO rate, failed deliveries, etc.
  • Ensure high compliance on SOPs, especially for COD and Prepaid orders.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams for planning, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze daily pendency reports and take corrective actions to reduce aging orders.
  • Ensure customer escalations are tracked and resolved within defined timelines.
  • Manage re-attempts, team coordination, and delivery performance feedback loops.
  • Work closely with supply ops, finance ops, and tech teams to improve overall fulfillment rate and reduce delivery failures.
  • Drive process improvements, vendor management, and quality control at the first and last-mile level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or relevant field
  • Proven experience in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations.
  • Strong understanding of logistics KPIs and routing/dispatch mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; basic data analytics is compulsory.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Ability to manage teams and logistics partner
