As an Assistant Manager – Valuation & Advisory, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality real estate advisory services. This position combines project execution and client engagement with opportunities to support business development initiatives. You will be involved in back-end analysis, field activities, and client-related assignments while gaining exposure to various aspects of valuation and advisory services.

About The Role:

  • Supporting and executing real estate advisory assignments such as research, feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, and financial modeling
  • Report writing including feasibility reports, market research reports, and presentations
  • Conducting market surveys, site inspections, and database management of projects, developers, and investors
  • Engaging in presentation, documentation, and client query handling to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

  • Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and report writing
  • A background in commerce, finance, economics, or statistics
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in valuation, advisory, or real estate consulting
  • Excellent analytical, execution, and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
