ABAP DEVELOPER

About The Role

We are currently looking for a talented ABAP Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team at our Gurugram office. If you are ready to help build a business and have the appropriate experience and skills.

Location: Gurugram Our growth plans:

We process close to 4% of the countrys freight on our software platform. Our goal is to get to 20% of the countrys freight by 2028. This gives us a bird’s eye view of the market. We’re already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ABAP code based on the customer business requirements.
• Be the company technical expert on SAP ERP implementation and customization, with heavy emphasis on programming and all aspects of technical delivery.
• Work collaboratively with FT project management and engineering teams to identify, define, design and implement enhancements to the SAP ERP and the impact on the integration with third party products.
• Communicate on technical project progress to internal and external stakeholders, including adherence to budgets and delivery timeframes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer from pre-sales to implementation to post go-live support phases for all aspects of ERP integration, system customization and other technical components of integrated FT service delivery.
• Develop action plans according to customer specifications for system customization, including training and support to the resulting integrated FT solutions.
• Participate in sales activities by both serving as FT’s internal expert on SAP and third party systems integration, demonstrating integrated system functionality to potential customers.
  
  
  
  

• Minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in developing SAP ERP interfaces integrating with third party products. This is a must.
• Possess functional knowledge in the Transportation Module. This is optional and good to have.
• Design and implement RICEF objects according to business needs.
• Create, enhance, and troubleshoot SAP IDocs for data exchange between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Integrate SAP modules with external systems using SAP PI/PO middleware.
• Have intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset; demonstrate drive, initiative, energy and sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients.
• Experience and the know-how to work in a start-up, fast paced technology environment.
• Ability to learn and absorb new products quickly and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Will be called upon to make presentations, both internal and external, on all aspects of FT integration and technical interface components and processes.
