Job Description

The Service Admin Coordinator is a pivotal role within the operations team, ensuring the seamless execution of service-related activities and administrative functions. This position entails a high degree of interaction with both customers and team members, demanding exceptional organizational and communication skills. The Service Admin Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating scheduling, managing service requests, and maintaining records related to service operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of service-related documentation and reports.
  • Facilitate the resolution of service issues by liaising between clients and service technicians.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of necessary service tools and supplies.
  • Prepare and dispatch service-related communication, including follow-up emails and feedback requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in service operations.
  • Support the service team by organizing training sessions and meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of cross-functional services.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to identify areas for service improvement and enhancement.
  • Manage service contracts and renewals, ensuring timely execution and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within a service environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude towards challenges.
