Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified time frame.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports for continuous performance improvement.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  • Participate in sales team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and professional development to enhance sales skills.
  • Engage in continuous research to keep up with industry trends and competitors’ moves.
  • Directly handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow up with clients after a sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales process management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to facilitate client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
