Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms are beneficial for both company and client.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Track sales progress using CRM software and prepare detailed sales reports.
  • Achieve designated sales targets and meet key performance indicators monthly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to better serve clients.
  • Forecast sales trends to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar capacity within the industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client rapport.
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop solutions to meet them effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required for client meetings.
