Job Description

The role of a Quality Executive in Pharma Packing is pivotal to ensuring that all pharmaceutical products are packaged according to stringent quality standards. This position demands a detail-oriented professional who is committed to maintaining the integrity of pharmaceutical packaging processes. The job involves overseeing the packaging operations to ensure compliance with both internal and external quality specifications. The Quality Executive works closely with production teams to implement and maintain quality systems, assure adherence to GMP standards, and promptly address any quality-related issues. A key aspect of this role involves conducting regular inspections and audits to uphold high-quality packaging standards. As a Quality Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that the pharmaceutical products are packaged efficiently, safely, and with minimal waste, all while meeting regulatory compliance standards and contributing to the continuous improvement of packaging operations.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure that the packaging processes comply with GMP standards consistently.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections on packaging lines to ensure product integrity.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and rectify packaging quality issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for all packaging operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality assurance activities.
  • Review and update packaging quality documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on packaging quality and safety standards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvements.
  • Address customer complaints regarding packaging quality and implement solutions.
  • Ensure packaging materials meet quality specifications before use in production.
  • Participate in audits and inspections from regulatory bodies regarding packaging operations.
  • Analyze packaging data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in quality control within pharmaceutical packaging.
  • Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance processes and quality management systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with production teams and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with quality control software solutions.
