Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll join a dynamic team responsible for seamless execution of various daily operational tasks. Your role involves streamlining processes to ensure the efficient running of the company’s operations, while adhering to policies and meeting company goals. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic operational plans.
  • Manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain activities to minimize downtime and costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory compliance and performance tracking.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Support management in budgeting and forecasting to align operations with financial constraints.
  • Develop and maintain communication channels across different departments to facilitate information flow.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of subordinate operational staff.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports to guide decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Handle inquiries from customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security policies to protect staff and organizational assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other operational management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage complex workflows.
  • Experience in process improvement and knowledge of lean management principles is preferred.
