The Microsoft Azure Administrator plays a critical role in managing and maintaining cloud services for organizations using the Microsoft Azure platform. Responsibilities

• Manage Azure subscriptions and resources to ensure efficient utilization and performance.
• Configure and maintain virtual networks and subnets according to organizational policies.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect cloud-based assets and resources.
• Create and manage Azure Active Directory accounts and user access policies.
• Deploy, update, and maintain Azure-based virtual machines and services.
• Monitor and manage Azure resources' performance and resolve incidents promptly.
• Set up and manage backup systems and disaster recovery plans using Azure services.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain hybrid cloud solutions.
• Utilize monitoring tools to track Azure usage, capacity, and expenses.
• Document configurations, incidents, and changes to Azure environments comprehensively.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry standards for cloud solutions.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to existing cloud architecture and implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required.
• Proven experience managing and administering Microsoft Azure environments effectively.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification preferred or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of virtual networks and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell or Azure CLI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot cloud issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with effective communication skills.
