Job Description

The Junior Sales Manager plays an integral role in our dynamic sales team. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting senior sales staff, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and working towards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales team members in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new sales opportunities in existing markets.
  • Engage with prospective clients to present product offerings and solutions.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing accounts and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track and report sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Support senior managers in negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback to improve sales techniques.
  • Assist in training new team members in sales processes and customer interaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings and present reports on team progress and objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently and support a team-focused environment.
  • Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable with using CRM software and sales tracking platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
