Job Description

The Internal Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within our company, serving as a vital link between the sales team and our customers. This role involves managing the entire process of sales from order to delivery, ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved at every step. The coordinator will support our sales representatives in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth operations internally. While maintaining a keen eye for detail, the Internal Sales Coordinator will process orders, manage client information, and keep accurate records to support the sales team effectively. This position requires someone with exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive attitude that seeks continuous improvement of sales processes. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process customer orders from initiation to delivery efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and clients.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Monitor and track the progress of sales orders with regular updates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Compile and submit sales activity and performance reports to management.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and goals.
  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in work tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
