Job Description

An HR Executive plays a crucial role in shaping the success of a company's workforce management strategies. The individual in this position is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and contribute to its strategic outlook. An HR Executive serves as a bridge between management and employees, handling various workplace issues, thus promoting harmony in the workplace. This role is pivotal to maintaining an organization's culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implementing strategic HR initiatives to develop a competent workforce. The HR Executive is also responsible for devising and implementing company policies related to recruitment, retention, employee relations, and performance management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to hire qualified candidates promptly.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment to promote high employee engagement and performance levels.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Assess training needs and deploy training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management procedures.
  • Safeguard the organization’s values and culture by playing a role in maintaining ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and employment legislations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Capability to architect strategy along with leadership skills for team guidance.
  • Competency in relationship management and problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software.
