Responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation of financial processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or relevant certification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with financial software and ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and presentation of findings.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
