Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in our company's growth strategy by cultivating high-level relationships with major corporate accounts. This role requires an individual who is skilled in driving successful sales engagements, managing complex contract negotiations, and orchestrating a sales process that consistently exceeds financial targets. You will be responsible for determining the enterprise client needs and collaborating with a team to deliver innovative solutions that meet their business goals. This position demands strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of enterprise-level business strategies, and the ability to translate these into effective sales actions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate deals, contract terms, and manage agreements to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and the clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and relevant client information.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to nurture client relationships.
  • Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and progress at regular intervals to leadership.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of the market and trends in the industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is essential.
