Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or related field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly advantageous.
  • Passion for customer care with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
