The Corporate Sales Trainee is an entry-level position designed for ambitious and driven individuals keen to embark on a career in sales within a corporate setting. Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Support experienced sales representatives in managing existing client accounts effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and client calls to gain practical experience.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies to improve market share.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations for new business pitches.
  • Shadow senior sales team members to understand the sales cycle and client interactions.
  • Update customer records and sales activities in CRM software systematically.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to prospective and existing clients.
  • Learn and utilize company’s products and services to address client needs effectively.
  • Receive regular feedback and participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to analyze market data and transform it into actionable insights.
  • Proactive approach to learning and willingness to receive feedback constructively.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
