Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance remotely or on-site as required by clients.
• Coordinate with vendors to procure and upgrade CCTV equipment as necessary.
• Respond promptly to service calls and prioritize urgent technical assistance requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a related field required.
• Strong understanding of CCTV systems, cameras, and other security equipment.
• Ability to understand technical manuals and diagrams essential for installations.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and explain technical details.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple installations and service requests.
