The Secure Internet Gateway (SIG) team is building the next generation of firewall, proxy, and inspection services as highly-available distributed systems using cloud engineering practices. We are building the future of cloud-delivered, AI-powered, multi-dimensional security, specializing in core platforms like APIGW, Auth Service (OAuth2), resilient RESTful APIs, and Enterprise Network integrations.

You will work in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment, involved in all stages of the product development process—from solving complex engineering problems to working directly with customers. Your contributions will be critical to the success of the next wave of innovation in the security industry.

• Build intuitive user interfaces, resilient RESTful APIs, and enterprise network integrations for cloud security products.
• Lead the development of functional components.
• Contribute to all phases of product development, operations, and maintenance.
• Solve important customer problems and deliver the most impactful results.

Minimum Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with APIGW, NGINX, and KONG technology.
• Experience with OAuth2 authorization frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (Docker, Go, Python, Terraform) and AWS services (DDB, RDS, EKS, Lambda, ECS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Experience with web application technologies (HTTP, HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, React) and building RESTful APIs.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps, continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD) practices.
• Working knowledge of testing methodologies, monitoring, and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system failures and outages with a growth mindset.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams with strong collaboration and communication skills.
