About the Role

We're hiring a Graphic Designer(Mid level) to shape how our brands look, feel, and behave across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on craft role for someone who has been through the agency grind, understands the pace, and still cares about the details others miss. You'll work across brand, social, campaign, and print moving fluently between formats and holding the quality line while things move fast.

You'll be the person who takes a brief and turns it into work the room reacts to. If you have opinions on why most agency design feels templated, references that go beyond the usual mood boards, and the craft to back both up, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Design and craft

• Design across brand identity, social, campaigns, decks, print, and packaging
• Take briefs from brief to first cut to final delivery with minimal hand-holding
• Build and extend brand systems not just individual assets
• Own the details: type, spacing, hierarchy, colour, grid, and the small decisions that separate good from forgettable
• Deliver multiple projects in parallel without dropping quality or timelines

Collaboration and process

• Work closely with copy, strategy, content, and client teams from kickoff to launch
• Translate feedback into work that gets better, not just different
• Present your thinking clearly the choices behind the design, not just the design
• Contribute references, ideas, and directions during early creative conversations
• Follow through on the small things that keep files, folders, and handovers clean

Contribution beyond delivery

• Bring fresh references, tools, and trends into the team
• Push the studio's craft bar higher on every project
• Help junior designers and interns level up through everyday feedback

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in an agency or studio setup
• A strong portfolio you can walk us through the thinking, not just the output
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop - If you can illustrate/draw that would be a bonus
• Comfort designing for both digital-first formats (social, web, decks) and print
• Sharp typographic instinct and a good eye for layout, grid, and hierarchy
• Speed without sloppiness you can turn around work fast and still get the details right
• Comfort taking feedback and shipping the next version quickly
• Curiosity about design outside advertising editorial, product, spatial, motion, anywhere
