Quick Rundown

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Graphics Department! If you’re passionate about promotional items, self‑motivated, and eager to work with one of the leading companies in the industry, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

• Verify usability of customer artwork (usually company logos), place and size artwork on product templates, apply colors/effects, and send digital proofs to customers.
• Focus on technical tasks rather than purely creative design.
• Suggest suitable layout options while considering logo guidelines, imprint restrictions, and artwork complexity.
• Prepare and dissect vectorized artwork files for different printing processes.
• Set up/export prepress files according to factory guidelines and printing requirements.
• Redraw vector artwork from rasterized images when requested.
• Occasionally answer emails from the Customer Service team regarding artwork usability and customer order issues.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate in Graphic Design or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of graphics experience.
• Detail‑oriented, resourceful, responsible, accurate, and conscientious.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW 2026 and Adobe Illustrator 2025 (PC platform); occasional use of Adobe Photoshop 2025.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to deadlines.
  
  
  

Assets (Nice to Have)

• Experience with imprint processes such as Silk Screening, 4‑Color Process, Debossing, and Engraving.
• Background in the Promotional Product Industry.
• Ability to understand spoken and written French/English.
