We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team for the night shift. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our customer service and sales efforts, interacting directly with potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive attitude, and a strong drive to achieve targets. This role involves reaching out to customers over the phone, answering queries, and maintaining good relationships with clients. Our ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a night shift environment and should be able to adapt to varying time zones to communicate with international clients. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients in a professional manner.
  • Generate leads and convert interested prospects into potential customers.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about the company's products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions to enhance satisfaction and trust.
  • Record customer information accurately and maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets and quotas set by the management.
  • Follow up on previous interactions and ensure customer satisfaction with services offered.
  • Stay updated with company and industry trends to improve service and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to all company policies and scripts during customer interactions for consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members and share insights and feedback for process improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
  • Ability to work during night shifts and adapt to different time zones.
  • Strong persuasive skills to effectively communicate benefits of offerings to clients.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
