A Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving the revenue growth of a company by building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering suitable solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive sales techniques.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate sales contracts and reports.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings and competitive advantages.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and document customer interactions.
  • Participate in sales training sessions and lead discussions on sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • High degree of self-motivation, resilience, and result-oriented attitude.
