Job Description

A Sales Executive is a key position within the sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. This role entails identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals that align with company goals. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit margins.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Assist in developing sales proposals and promotional materials to enhance client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales excellence.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
