Quality Control Executive (225-808)

As a Quality Control Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the standards of quality within our organization. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct regular quality audits and document findings for senior management review.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
• Monitor the performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to establish quality protocols and processes.
• Oversee the training and development of personnel in quality control standards.
• Manage and maintain accurate inspection and quality documentation and records.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within quality assurance processes.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure cohesive understanding of quality requirements.
• Investigate product complaints and take corrective and preventive action as necessary.
• Develop and implement techniques for improving the quality of products and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field required.
• A minimum of three years experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Quality Management Systems (QMS) software and tools.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey quality expectations and feedback.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
