Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures for textile production.
• Conduct regular audits of the production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control.
• Lead and train a team of quality inspectors to maintain high testing standards and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product development teams to establish product specifications and ensure quality from the inception stage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to lead the quality assurance team.
• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail for quality control purposes.
• Experience with auditing techniques and familiarity with statistical analysis tools.
