QA Manual Tester (225-909)

As a QA Manual Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they reach our end-users. Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with software developers to understand software development specifications.
• Execute manual test cases and document test results meticulously.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects encountered during testing.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide valuable feedback.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform detailed and thoughtful regression tests to verify bug fixes.
• Develop and review testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and maintain manual testing resources and tools effectively.
• Ensure that completed tasks meet the company's quality assurance standards.
• Prepare reports and documentation regarding testing processes and results.
• Stay updated on new testing tools and strategies to enhance testing output.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual Tester or in a similar testing role.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in test management software and bug tracking tools.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and plans.
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
