Job Description

The Performance Marketing Executive is a pivotal role within our marketing team, responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our online performance marketing campaigns. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and a hands-on approach to managing campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing channels, including PPC, SEM, display advertising, and social media ads, and will be driven by achieving quantifiable results. They will work closely with other marketing team members and departments to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with company goals and deliver on our business objectives. The Performance Marketing Executive will also stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing to ensure competitive advantage in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple online platforms.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns in line with defined goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights.
  • Utilize data-driven analysis to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align strategies and messaging consistency.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Research and identify trends in digital marketing to implement improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor marketing initiatives and industry trends.
  • Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance and strategic insights.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum value and sustainability of campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all digital marketing laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Demonstrated success with SEM and paid social media campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail in campaign delivery.
